Heavy load carriages designed and manufactured by Vicinay Cemvisa are mainly used for carrying heavy duty loads across industrial floors.
We manufacture several models adapted to the specific needs of each client. Loads can be moved by means of a cable reel, batteries or even by induction across a buried conductor which, at same tame, serves as a guide.
They are commonly designed for straight paths and are mainly used for moving between facilities.
The heavy load carriage shown in the image above has been designed to carry 25 m long pipes along both curved and contra-curved raceways.
They feature 20 t maximum load capacity.
In addition to acoustic and optical alarms, heavy load carriages are fitted with a radar systems to prevent run over the people. If the system detects any obstacle in its path, the truck will automatically stop.
