The dimension of our company and our human team’s professionalism enable us to perform the whole product manufacturing and set-up of our lifting equipment. Each stage of these processes is carefully tested in order to meet our customers’ requirements.
Engineering and Design Department
First of all our Marketing Department identifies our customers’ needs, paying special attention to duty cycles, FEM groups, environmental conditions, etc. Once the specific needs have been considered, our Technical Department designs the most adequate equipment for each application.
Manufacturing Process
Manufacture of girders
Girders are manufactured from welded plates or rolled profiles calculated according to FEM standards.
Our cranes are manufactured by qualified and homologated personnel in welding construction. We only use certified high quality materials.
Painting
Our specifications and standard painting process guarantee the protection of all the surfaces against corrosion when operating in ordinary environments. Additional specifications for hazardous environments can be applied according to our own processes or to our customers’ specifications.
Hoists and end carriages
Vicinay Cemvisa manufactures electric hoists and end carriages in compliance with FEM calculations and UNE standards. We manufacture mechanical elements with high quality raw materials, modern CAD-CAM, CN machinery and verification elements that ensure the quality of the mechanical parts. The different components such as electric motors, control panel boxes and electronic equipment are supplied by homologated suppliers which guarantees our equipments high quality and durability.
Electrical equipment
Vicinay Cemvisa designs and assembles its electrical equipment in compliance with:
- Directive - Machine 2006/42/CE.
- Directive - electrical components 2006/095 CE
- Directive - electromagnetical compatibility 2004/108.

Final assembly and verification
Every necessary component, which has fulfilled all the quality inspections, is assembled according to Vicinay Cemvisa’s procedures. The final product is subjected to dimensional and functional verifications before delivery. We archive all equipment reports..
